Ingredients: Filtered water 1 2 1 large potato - diced third Cluster Beans - 4 2 cups Cooking oil - 1 tbsp Pinch of asafoetida 5 6 Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoon cumin 7 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped green chillies 8 - to pleasure 9 1 whole dry red chili powder 10 Turmeric - 1 / 2 teaspoon of iodized salt 11 - to 12 cost. Nutrilite protein powder - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 13 - 14 2 tablespoons tamarind pulp - 1 / 3 cup Red 15Chili powder - taste Method 1. Turn the second oven over medium heat in a pressure cooker, add water 3 Steam the potatoes and beans for 5 to 6 minutes. Do not whistle in a pressure cooker. Check the pressure, remove the stove and set aside the pressure cooker. 4 Turn on the stove over medium heat. 5 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a nonstick skillet. 6 Add asafoetida and mustard seeds. 7 Once the mustard seeds crackle, add cumin, green chilies and whole dry red chili 8 Fry in oil and spices. 9Add the steamed potatoes and beans cluster. 10 Brush the vegetables with the spices. 11 Add the turmeric, salt and Nutrilite protein powder. 12 Mix all these ingredients well. 13 Cook the vegetables over low heat for 3 or 4 minutes after covering the pan with a lid. Check the vegetables to at least 14 4. 15 Add the sugar and tamarind pulp. 16 Mix all ingredients well. 17 Adjust to taste sugar and tamarind pulp. 18 Cover the pan with lid and cook until the vegetables evaporates the tamarind pulp. 19...
